Include all fonts used in the document or convert them to paths.
Include all linked graphics.
Make sure the resolution of raster images (tiffs, jpegs and bitmaps) is
at least 300 dpi.
Make bleeds 1/8".
Check your colors, make sure your file is color separated properly.
